What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5-7 business days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at trueteateesllc@gmail.com. True Tea Tees is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
All pre-order items will be processed within 21-30 business days or the estimated shipping date given at checkout.
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.
Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love your True Tea Tees items as much as we do! 7/4/23: All items are special order and final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.
If you need assistance with a damaged item please email our team at trueteateesllc@gmail.com with the subject: Damage/Replacement and include your order number, picture, and name.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different warehouses separately.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
Sizing
Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different we include model size information for you to reference.
T-Shirts are unisex so they run larger.
